Twilight Cellar Secrets With flavours of Greece
Commencing at 3.30pm 'til 6pm

Our April event is a variation of the popular Surprise Lunch, but with a new name and a later time.
The aim of this event is to clear out the bottles of small quantities of aged wine in our cellar and to match them with delicious Greek food at Chris’s Food on the Hill.
The wine will be masked (concealed in brown paper bags) to add to the surprise element of the event.
White wines will be tasted, along with the following accompaniments, after which members will be encouraged to guess each secret wine and record their responses on a preprinted list of the wines offered.
White Wine accompaniments:
- Tzatziki & taramasalata
- Pita bread, kalamata olives
- Feta cheese, spicy Greek sausage
This will be repeated for the Red wines, with the following accompaniments, after which all wines will be revealed.
Red Wine accompaniments:
- Mixed plate of slow cooked lamb, chicken served with pita bread
- Greek salad, haloumi cheese & tzatziki
Coffee will also be available
Bookings will close noon on Monday 15th April.
