Comparative Tasting Dinner at Safety Beach Sailing Club
Featuring wines from Burgundy and the Mornington Peninsula
YES!!! This year we’re taking on the iconic area of Burgundy. For those who are familiar with this event you know how much fun it is. David Snooks at Safety Beach Sailing Club will again provide 6 stunning courses to complement the wines. Mornington Peninsula Sparkling & Sticky “book-end” the meal. The remaining 4 courses will each showcase wine from the Mornington Peninsula & Burgundy with 2 flights of Chardonnay, & 1 each of Pinot Noir & Gamay.
Twist to the evening is all wines being compared are presented blind. At each flight, you choose which wine you preferred drinking, & throughout the night votes are tallied to determine the ultimate winner for the evening.
Always a fun night with “interesting outcomes”, & open to Friends and guests.
