Our "masterclass", hosted by our cellarmaster Tony provided some of the answers.
Did you know there are 4 types of Pinot grapes??- Pinot Blanc, Pinto Gris, Pinot Noir & Pinot Meunier. Old world VS New World Pinot Noirs; Mornington Peninsula VS other Australian Pinot Noirs….. All up for discussion & tasting.

Those attending walked away with Notebooks with thei rown personal jottings, & a greater appreciation of Tony’s knowledge & passion for wine! AS WELL AS ann appreciation of the characteristics found in Mornington Peninsula wines.
