A window of opportunity in the midst of Covid 19 regulations saw a small group of Friends visit Michael Kyber (winner of our 2019 Award for Excellence) and Nics Kyberd at their property. Focused solely on making Chardonnay & Pinot Noir from Mornington Peninsula grapes, Kyberd Hills produces wines that to quote Halliday “are gentle, with minimal extraction & intervention, purity is the desired outcome”.

A truly unique opportunity that is unlikely to be repeated.
