WEDNESDAY WINE WANDER: TASTING & LUNCH at TRE-AND at BAXTER VALLEY ESTATE

Featuring wines from Baxter Valley Estate.

Something different for a change- a mid- week gathering for those Friends and guests who could make it.

Tasting included a very interesting 2018 Sauvignon Blanc picked fully ripe & barrel fermented. An interested change from the usual Chardonnay’s of the Mornington Peninsula. The 5 course lunch accompanied by the 2018 Miss Em Rose & 2017 estate Pinot Noir perfectly matched the charcuterie plates, & pork belly with apple slaw.
